Passing on knowledge...
Having been in the business of buying, financing, refurbishing and letting property since 1994, I have gained a massive amount of knowledge over those years that I now educate and mentor people who wish to invest in property themselves but don't know where to start or require back-up and support on their journey.
I mentor in everything from sourcing the right property all the way through to letting and finding the right tenants.
I will spend time with you on a regular basis to answer any questions you may have, brainstorm any ideas that you think of and discuss tasks for you to undertake in order that you can take your property journey forward at a rate that could not be achieved by you doing it alone thus maximizing your investments.

The sessions...
I do one-to-one (or 2 if it's a couple) sessions which incorporate site visits to properties that are already up and running as either single lets of Houses of Multiple Occupation in order that you can see the different models 'in action'.
I always welcome feedback from all Mentees during their time working with me. As they say 'you never stop learning' however experienced you are!
In the past I have even ended up doing joint ventures with mentees where we have taken a 50/50 equity share and profit split!

We will cover...
- Finding and identifying a suitable property, including a BMV (below market value)
- Negotiating the purchase price
- The purchasing process, obtaining finance, bridging if necessary
- Planning the layout to maximize income
- Applying for planning permission if required
- Finding the tenants and setting up the management systems if the property is a House of Multiple Occupation
- Applying for a HMO license if required
- Arranging for a Letting Agency to manage the property for you if required
