Living Ventures More then just a roof over your head

Living Ventures started life in February 1994 when we purchased a run down 2 bedroom traditional terrace house in the Great Barr area of Sandwell.

Since then, after 20 years in the business, we have purchased mainly old tired run down properties which we have then refurbished to what is now known as the decent homes standard and let them to local people thus providing affordable homes which are mainly with the Black Country area.

We also refurbish properties for other organizations and over the years, we have transformed well over 10 000 properties back to a decent homes standard.

We also provide training and mentoring for people who wish to get into property but do not know where to start.
